An ancient technique that works with the body's energy points
Marma works with the body's energy points, supporting the free flow of prana (the life force) by easing blockages and bringing the body's whole energy system back into balance.
Works with the body's own potential
By activating specific marma points, you learn to work with the body's own capacity to restore itself.

The techniques are taught so that you can use them on your own, with confidence, long after the training ends.
